Many people get stuck at the AXIORY login screen because the portal, MT4, MT5 and cTrader each ask for something different.
In short, there are three entry points and each uses a different ID. MT4 and MT5 use your trading account number and server name. cTrader uses your cTrader ID.
This guide sets out the steps and the checks to run when you can't log in, based on the official FAQ (checked 17 October 2026).
In short: each AXIORY login uses a different ID
- The portal (client area) is entered from the login screen on the official site
- Your MT4 login ID is your trading account number. You also need the server name and your account password
- Your MT5 login ID is a 7-digit trading account number that starts with 2
- cTrader uses a cTrader ID and password. The email address you registered with is your ID
- Supported platforms differ by account. Tera and Alpha are MT5 only
The server name changes with the account type and with demo or live. The official FAQ tells you to check it on the trading account details page. Do not guess it.
How to log in to the AXIORY portal (client area)
The portal (MyAxiory) is where you manage accounts, funds and platforms. Use the "Login" link in the header of the official site to reach the login screen.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Check trading accounts | You can see your trading account number and server name on the trading account details page |
| Change a password | Change it from the account number password setting in the account details |
| Manage accounts and funds | Add accounts, transfer funds, deposit and withdraw from the dashboard |
| Browsers | The official site recommends Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera |
The portal password and the MT4/MT5 trading account password are reset in different ways. If you can't log in, first work out which password is the problem.

Open MT4 or MT5, then choose "Login to Trade Account" under "File". Enter your trading account number, password and server.
- 03On mobile MT4, search for "Axiory"

- 04On mobile MT5, choose "Axiory Global Ltd."
Under "New account", look for "Axiory Global Ltd.". Tap "Server" to see the Live and Demo names, then pick the one that matches your account.

| Live Nano Spread | AxioryAsia-02Live |
※ These are the only two accounts with specific values in the FAQ. For Max, Zero, Tera and demo accounts, check the trading account details page in the portal.
Web MT4 and MT5 use the same login ID and password as the desktop versions. MT5 uses a different connection URL for live and demo accounts.
Logging in to AXIORY cTrader: how to use a cTrader ID
- 01Choose cTrader when you open an account
Select cTrader when you apply for the account. The email address you register with becomes your cTrader ID.
- 02Set your cTrader ID password
Press "Set password" in the email sent by Spotware and choose a password.
- 03Download cTrader
The official page lists a web version, a desktop version (Windows and Mac) and a mobile version (iOS and Android).
- 04Log in with your cTrader ID and password
Enter your cTrader ID, not your trading account number.
The official pages do not describe in detail how a cTrader ID is linked to a trading account. The official site says you can manage all your accounts under one cTrader ID. If you are unsure what to do, ask the support desk.
What to check if you can't log in to AXIORY MT4/MT5
- 01Recheck the account number, password and server name
Make sure there are no extra spaces. An MT5 login ID is 7 digits and starts with 2.
- 02Copy and paste from the email
A capital I, a lowercase l and the digit 1 are easy to confuse in a password. The official site recommends pasting it in.
- 03Check that the account supports that platform
You can't log in with an unsupported combination, such as using MT4 with a Tera account.
- 04Reset the password for a live account
Change it from the account number password setting in the portal's account details. The official site says this can solve the problem in some cases.
- 05Reinstall MT4
If that doesn't work, uninstall MT4 and install it again.
| Message or situation | Official FAQ guidance |
|---|---|
| Invalid account | The login details may be wrong |
| No connection | Besides wrong login details, check for several EAs (automated trading) and indicators running at once, and for a network or ISP outage |
| Server not shown in PC MT4 | Scan using "Add new broker" in the demo account application |
| Server not shown in Mac MT5 | Search for "axiory" under "Open an account" and add it |
A demo account becomes invalid once 90 days or more have passed since the last login, and it can't be reopened. Create a new demo account. You can open up to 10 demo accounts in total.
If you still can't log in, contact the Japanese-language support desk (email and live chat, weekdays 9:30-23:30). Include your account number, your device and the message shown so they can help faster.
