Search for AXIORY reviews and you will find both praise ("tight spreads", "cTrader is available", "low stop-out level") and worries ("is an overseas broker safe?", "has it been warned by the FSA?"). This article does not treat individual posts on social media or review sites as fact. It uses only the AXIORY official website (checked 19 September and 8 October 2026) and the notices of Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) to set out AXIORY's safety, account types and trading conditions.
In short: the contracting entity is Axiory Global Limited (Belize FSC, licence No. 4496214), and zero-cut (negative balance protection), a 50% margin call and a 20% stop-out (30% / 0% on the Max account) are published officially. On the other hand, Japan's FSA listed Axiory Global Ltd. in June 2015 as an overseas operator conducting financial instruments business without registration, so you do not receive investor protection under Japanese law. Looking at the account conditions with both points in mind is the way to judge AXIORY's reputation.
In short: check AXIORY's reputation on three points - contracting entity and regulation, the FSA notice, and published trading conditions
- The contracting entity is Axiory Global Limited (Belize International Financial Services Commission (FSC) licence No. 4496214, registration number 000005723). Japanese residents contract with this entity
- Japan's FSA listed Axiory Global Ltd. (service name "AXIORY") in June 2015 as an overseas operator conducting financial instruments business without registration. It is outside investor protection under Japanese law (trust preservation, financial ADR and so on)
- Zero-cut protection is offered. A 50% margin call and 20% stop-out (30% margin call and 0% stop-out on the Max account) are published on the official page
- There are six account types: Standard, Nano, Tera, Max, Zero and Alpha. Standard has no trading commission; Nano and Tera are designed with a commission of USD 6 per lot round turn and tighter spreads
- From 25 September 2026, required margin for gold (XAUUSD) is calculated with the same leverage setting as FX currency pairs (Max up to 1:2000; Nano / Standard / Tera up to 1:1000)
Experiences this site cannot confirm from official information, such as execution quality, withdrawal speed and support quality, are not used in the assessment. Measured spreads and figures measured by third-party sites are not listed either. With FX and CFD trading you may lose some or all of the funds you put in.
AXIORY company profile and safety: Axiory Global Limited (Belize FSC) and zero-cut
The contracting entity that operates AXIORY's Japanese site is Axiory Global Limited. The official website publishes Belize International Financial Services Commission (FSC) licence No. 4496214 and registration number 000005723 (checked 19 September 2026). Belize regulation is a separate regime from Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and Japan's FSA has no supervisory reach over it.
The official page describes zero-cut protection: if losses exceed the account balance, the balance is automatically reset to 0 and no additional margin call for further deposits arises. The margin call triggers at a margin level of 50%, and the stop-out (forced closure) at 20% or below. Only the Max account has a 30% margin call and 0% stop-out, a design in which losses can become larger than on other accounts. The Zero account also has different levels.

Has AXIORY been warned by the FSA? What the unregistered-operator notice means
In the list of overseas operators in the FSA's "Names of unregistered operators conducting financial instruments business", Axiory Global Ltd. appears dated June 2015 (Heisei 27). The category is "overseas", the description is "solicited over-the-counter derivatives trading over the internet", and the service name is "AXIORY". The same list includes many overseas forex brokers that offer services to Japanese residents.
The notice states the fact that the operator was soliciting Japanese residents without Japanese financial instruments business registration. It does not find the trading illegal or fraudulent. However, when trading with an unregistered operator, you do not receive protections under Japanese law such as trust preservation, financial ADR (dispute resolution) and investor protection funds, and if a problem arises you are subject to the regime of the contracting entity's location (Belize). Whether to use an overseas forex broker including AXIORY needs to be decided with this understanding.

AXIORY account types: commission-free Standard and Nano / Tera at USD 6 round turn
| Account | Trading commission | Maximum leverage | Platform | Suited to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | None | 1:1000 | MT4, cTrader | Those who want to start without commission; swing to medium-to-long-term trading |
| Nano | USD 6 per lot round turn | 1:1000 | MT4, cTrader | Scalping and stock index CFDs (official cost comparison example, USD/JPY 0.2 pips) |
| Tera | USD 6 per lot round turn | 1:1000 | MT5 | The same conditions as Nano on MT5; Japanese stock CFDs can also be traded |
| Max | None | 1:2000 | MT4, cTrader | Those who understand and can use a 30% margin call and 0% stop-out |
| Zero | Yes (check the amount on the official page) | 1:1000 | MT4, MT5, cTrader | Some FX currency pairs and soft commodity CFDs |
| Alpha | Yes | 1:1 | MT5 | US and European physical stocks and ETFs (FX currency pairs cannot be traded; not covered by zero-cut) |
※ On all accounts the minimum trade size is 0.01 lots (Alpha 1 lot) and the account currency is EUR / USD / JPY. There is no minimum deposit standard by account; only the minimum for each deposit method applies (domestic bank transfer JPY 1,100, card JPY 5,000, Walletory JPY 1,000). AXIORY has announced MT5 for the Standard, Nano and Max accounts, but the official account types page still shows MT4 and cTrader as of 8 October 2026; this article will be updated once the official page is updated.
Maximum leverage is tiered, with the cap automatically lowered according to the total equity across all real accounts. The Max account's 1:2000 applies when total equity is JPY 300,000 or less, and the cap falls as the balance grows. At weekends all accounts are limited to 1:1000.
AXIORY gold (XAUUSD) leverage: up to 1:2000 from 25 September 2026
AXIORY's gold (XAUUSD) used to have required margin calculated at a fixed leverage of 1:100 regardless of account settings, but from 25 September 2026 the same account leverage setting as FX currency pairs applies. The Max account is up to 1:2000 and the Nano, Standard and Tera accounts up to 1:1000; the tiering by total equity and the weekend limit of 1:1000 are the same as for FX currency pairs. Wallet accounts and Alpha accounts are excluded. There is no set period and no application is needed.
At 2,000 times leverage, the required margin for 1 lot of gold (100 oz) is one twentieth of before. You can hold a larger size with the same funds, so even a small price move means a larger proportion of the account balance is lost, and because the Max account has a 0% stop-out, positions are not force-closed until the balance is almost exhausted. Even with zero-cut, the funds you deposited are lost.
AXIORY bonuses and campaigns: no permanent deposit bonus; the 15th anniversary offer is by invitation
AXIORY has no permanent account opening bonus or deposit bonus like XS or HFM (within what this site had confirmed as of 8 October 2026). The "15th Anniversary Live Trading Starter Pack" (25 February to 31 December 2026) is open only to new clients who received an invitation email from AXIORY. Stage 1 is a JPY 15,000 no-deposit credit (to be received within 14 days of the invitation), and Stage 2 is credit of 100% (up to JPY 100,000) of the first deposit into the same account. Invitations are sent automatically and cannot be requested individually. Withdrawing profits requires a deposit of JPY 20,000 or more in one payment and trading 1.0 lots of FX currency pairs, and hedged positions are prohibited.
