Zero-cut means the broker absorbs losses beyond your account balance and does not ask for extra funds (a margin call). It does not remove the chance of losing the money you deposited.

Belize FSC regulation is a separate system from Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Japan's FSA does not supervise the broker.

Has AXIORY been warned by the FSA? What the unregistered listing means

The FSA's list of unregistered operators of financial instruments business (updated 25 September 2026) includes Axiory Global Ltd., dated June 2015. The category is "overseas" and the service name is "AXIORY". The entry describes the conduct as soliciting over-the-counter derivative transactions over the internet.

The listing records that the operator solicited Japan residents without a Japanese registration. It is not a finding that the trading is illegal or fraudulent.

Protections you do not get with an unregistered operator

Trust-account segregation, financial ADR (a dispute resolution system) and investor protection funds do not apply. If a dispute arises, the terms with the contracting entity come first. Decide whether to use offshore FX only after you understand this.

4 steps to check AXIORY's safety before opening an account

  1. 01
    Check the contracting entity name

Find the name of the contracting company on the account opening screen or in the terms. Search by the entity name, such as Axiory Global Limited, not the brand name.

  2. 02
Search the FSA list for the entity name

Look for the entity and service name in the FSA's list of unregistered operators. Read the month of publication and the description. The list can be updated.

  3. 03
Read the deposit and withdrawal conditions

Check the minimum for each deposit method, the withdrawal fee and the methods that are not available. Decide your withdrawal route before you deposit.

  4. 04
    Check the bonus withdrawal conditions

If you take a bonus, read the rule that deletes the credit when you withdraw or transfer funds. Judge the pros and cons before you accept it.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Is AXIORY a scam?

A. This site has found no public information that finds AXIORY to be fraudulent. In June 2015, the FSA published a record of unregistered solicitation, but that is not a finding of fraud. Japanese legal investor protections do not apply, so decide with that in mind.

Q. Has AXIORY been warned by Japan's FSA?

A. The FSA's list of unregistered operators includes Axiory Global Ltd. (service name AXIORY), dated June 2015 (list updated 25 September 2026). It records that the operator solicited in Japan without registration. It does not judge whether the trading is illegal.

Q. Does AXIORY refuse withdrawals?

A. Official information cannot confirm whether withdrawals were ever refused. This site does not rely on reviews or personal accounts. If a withdrawal stalls, check four points: ID verification, the name on the account, the withdrawal method and bonus conditions. Then contact the Japanese support desk.

Q. What should I do if I can't withdraw from AXIORY?

A. First check your ID verification status and whether the name on the deposit source matches your registered name. A withdrawal under USD 200 costs USD 10 (JPY 1,500 for international bank transfer). For domestic bank transfer, 1 to 3 business days after the procedure is the guideline. If that has passed, contact support with the request date, method and amount.

Q. Can I trust AXIORY's zero-cut and Belize FSC licence?

A. The official pages publish zero-cut and Belize FSC licence No. 4496214. However, Belize regulation is separate from Japan's FSA supervision. Even with zero-cut, you can lose the funds you deposited.
