DecodeFX withdrawal and deposit methods: fees, processing times and minimums

DecodeFX deposit and withdrawal methods (18 Sep 2026): 3% domestic transfer fee, 0% elsewhere, USD100/USD50 minimums, and checks to run if you cannot withdraw.

DecodeFX offers five deposit and withdrawal methods: domestic bank transfer, international bank transfer, USDT, Peska and bitwallet. Only domestic bank transfer carries a fee (3% for both deposits and withdrawals); every other method is 0%. The minimum deposit is the equivalent of USD 100, and the minimum withdrawal is USD 50 or USD 100 depending on the method.

Based on DecodeFX's official Japanese site pages for deposit and withdrawal methods (confirmed 18 September 2026), this article lists the currency, fee, minimum amount and processing time for each method, the rule for the name on a bank transfer, how withdrawals are treated during a campaign, and what to check if you feel you can't withdraw. For your individual processing status and the latest terms, the display in the client portal and official support guidance take priority.

DecodeFX deposit methods: only domestic bank transfer carries a fee

DecodeFX deposit methods (official Japanese site, confirmed 18 September 2026)
MethodFee / minimumProcessing time
Domestic bank transfer (JPY)3%, equivalent of USD 100Up to around 1 business day
International bank transfer (AUD, USD, SGD, GBP, EUR, JPY)0% (bank transfer fees are separate), USD 100Around 2-5 business days
USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20)0%, USD 100A few minutes to after approval
Peska (USD, JPY)0%, USD 100Instant to 3 minutes
bitwallet (JPY, USD)0%, JPY 10,000 or USD 100Instant to 3 minutes

Mistaking the network or address for a USDT transfer will lose the funds. Peska and bitwallet both require you to pre-register and fund an account using the same email address you registered with DecodeFX.

For a domestic bank transfer, enter your name plus your account number as the remitter

The official deposit methods page instructs you to always enter your name (in katakana or English) plus your 7-digit account number as the remitter on a domestic bank transfer. Without the account number, the deposit cannot be matched to your account, which delays processing. The name on the deposit source should match your registered name; avoid depositing from an account in a third party's name.

A 3% fee comes to JPY 3,000 on a JPY 100,000 deposit. If you deposit small amounts frequently, routing through 0%-fee bitwallet or Peska (both support JPY) can keep costs down. However, these payment services have their own separate deposit and withdrawal fees and identity verification requirements.

DecodeFX withdrawal methods: USD 50 minimum, 3% for domestic bank transfer

DecodeFX withdrawal methods (official Japanese site, confirmed 18 September 2026)
MethodFee / minimumProcessing time
Domestic bank transfer (JPY)3%, USD 501-2 business days
International bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD)0% (bank fees are separate), USD 1002-5 business days
USDT (TRC20, ERC20)0%, USD 50A few minutes after approval
Peska (JPY, USD)0%, USD 50Instant to 3 minutes
bitwallet (JPY)0%, USD 50Instant to 3 minutes

USDT withdrawals do not support BEP20 (deposits support TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20). The official page states clearly that a withdrawal sent to the wrong wallet address can lose the funds, with no resend or compensation possible.

Domestic bank transfer also carries a 3% fee on withdrawals, so using it for both deposits and withdrawals comes to a combined cost of about 6%. The available withdrawal method can be restricted by your deposit method or identity verification status, so it is best practice to decide your withdrawal route before you deposit.

  • Make the name on the withdrawal destination match your registered name (withdrawing to a third party's name is generally not possible)
  • For a USDT withdrawal, cross-check the network (TRC20/ERC20) and address before sending
  • You cannot apply to withdraw a balance below the minimum withdrawal amount (USD 50 or USD 100)
  • Compare the 3% fee on domestic bank transfer against the 0% fee on bitwallet and Peska when choosing a route

Withdrawing during a campaign: watch how net deposits are calculated

DecodeFX's campaigns are mostly application-based, with rewards decided by net deposits and trading volume during the period. In the September 2026 LINE-Exclusive Autumn Cashback (1-30 September), net deposits are calculated as deposits minus withdrawals, and a transfer from the trading account to a wallet or another account is also treated as a withdrawal. Withdrawing during the period can bring you below a tier you would otherwise have reached, such as USD 350 or more.

  • While participating in a campaign, move funds on the premise that withdrawals and transfers between accounts reduce your net deposits
  • Maintain the eligible account's conditions until the reward is credited (scheduled for 12 October 2026 for the Autumn Cashback)
  • You cannot participate in multiple campaigns at the same time under the same KYC profile
  • If you are judged to have inflated trading volume unfairly, for example through hedging, the reward will be cancelled

Five things to check if you can't withdraw from DecodeFX

DecodeFX is often searched together with can't withdraw, but as far as official information shows, most cases where a withdrawal stalls trace back to a gap in the applicant's own conditions. Your individual processing status can only be confirmed by official support, so check the following five points before you contact them.

  1. 01
    Is your identity verification complete?

A withdrawal application will not go through until identity verification is complete. The official Japanese site states that account-opening review normally takes place within 24 hours.

  2. 02
Does the withdrawal destination's name and method match your deposit route?

A withdrawal to a name different from your registered name, or to a method you did not use to deposit, can be restricted. Check the available withdrawal methods in the client portal.

  3. 03
Do you meet the minimum withdrawal amount and fee?

The minimum is USD 50 for domestic bank transfer, USDT, Peska and bitwallet, and USD 100 for international bank transfer. Domestic bank transfer deducts 3%.

  4. 04
Does it conflict with a campaign or bonus condition?

A withdrawal during a campaign reduces your net deposits and can make you ineligible for the reward. The withdrawal itself is not refused, but decide first whether you are willing to give up the reward.

  5. 05
Is it within the processing time?

The official guideline is 1-2 business days for domestic bank transfer and 2-5 business days for international bank transfer, excluding weekends, public holidays and processing on the receiving bank's side. If the guideline has passed, contact Japanese-language support (jpsupport@decodefx.com, weekdays 9:00-17:00) with your application date and time, method and amount.

Check the operator and its regulation first, too

DecodeFX is not registered with Japan's FSA, and it was published as an unregistered operator in September 2025. If a withdrawal dispute occurs, mechanisms such as Japan's financial ADR are not available. Checking the operator, licence and FSA notice before opening an account is the starting point for managing risk, including around withdrawals.

Frequently asked questions

Q. What deposit methods does DecodeFX offer?

A. There are five: domestic bank transfer (JPY, 3% fee), international bank transfer (0%, 2-5 business days), USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, 0%), Peska (0%, instant to 3 minutes) and bitwallet (0%, instant to 3 minutes), per the official Japanese site (confirmed 18 September 2026). The minimum deposit is the equivalent of USD 100 (JPY 10,000 or USD 100 for bitwallet).

Q. How much are DecodeFX's withdrawal fees?

A. Domestic bank transfer is 3%, and international bank transfer, USDT, Peska and bitwallet are 0% (international bank transfer has separate bank fees). The minimum withdrawal is USD 50 for domestic bank transfer, USDT, Peska and bitwallet, and USD 100 for international bank transfer.

Q. How long do DecodeFX withdrawals take?

A. Per the official Japanese site's guideline, domestic bank transfer takes 1-2 business days, international bank transfer 2-5 business days, USDT a few minutes after approval, and Peska and bitwallet instant to 3 minutes. This does not include weekends, public holidays or processing time on the receiving bank's side.

Q. What should I do if I can't withdraw from DecodeFX?

A. Check five things: that identity verification is complete, that the withdrawal destination's name and method match your deposit route, the minimum withdrawal amount (USD 50 or USD 100), any campaign conditions, and the official processing time. If the guideline has passed, contact Japanese-language support (weekdays 9:00-17:00) with your application date and time, method and amount.

Q. What happens to the reward if I withdraw during a DecodeFX campaign?

A. In the September 2026 LINE-Exclusive Autumn Cashback, net deposits are calculated as deposits minus withdrawals, and a transfer between accounts is also treated as a withdrawal. Withdrawing can bring you below a tier you had reached, reducing or disqualifying you from the reward. The withdrawal itself is not restricted, but decide in advance whether you will maintain the conditions until the reward is credited (scheduled for 12 October).

Q. My domestic bank transfer deposit to DecodeFX has not been credited.

A. The official guidance is to enter your name (in katakana or English) plus your 7-digit account number as the remitter. If the account number is missing, or the transfer was made under a name different from your registered name, matching it to your account takes longer. If the guideline (up to around 1 business day) has passed, contact Japanese-language support with your transfer receipt.
