Several brokers offer copy trading, but the minimum amounts, fees and ways to stop are described differently on each site. That makes them hard to compare.
This article puts HFM, Axi and INFINOX side by side using each broker's official pages, checked on 20 October 2026 (HFM), 27 September 2026 (Axi) and 26 September 2026 (INFINOX).
After reading, you will know which broker's page to check first for the point you care about most.
Copy trading brokers compared: the four points to check
- Service name: HFM Copy Trading (formerly HFcopy), Axi Copy Trading and INFINOX IX Social
- Follower minimum: HFM from USD 10 on a Cent copy account; Axi lists no minimum deposit requirement for followers; INFINOX gives no single figure
- Performance fee cap: up to 50% of profit at all three; the actual rate is set by each provider
- How to stop: Axi offers three choices, HFM says you can stop at any time, and INFINOX is not stated in the sources checked
HFM, Axi and INFINOX are advertising partners of this site, and we receive a referral fee for accounts opened through it. This article summarises official information and does not rank the brokers. Copy trading can lose money, and past results do not guarantee future results.
Copy trading service names, apps and accounts
At all three, you copy another trader's trades into your own account. The differences are the app or account you use and how trade size is set.
| Item | HFM | Axi | INFINOX |
|---|---|---|---|
| Service name | Copy Trading (formerly HFcopy) | Axi Copy Trading | IX Social |
| App or account | Cent, Premium or Pro copy account; choose a provider from the list | Axi Copy Trading app (iOS, Android); link an MT4 or MT5 account | IX Social (iOS, Android, web browser); the app is not required |
| How trade size is set | Proportional or multiplier (availability depends on region) | Fixed size, mirror master size, proportional to equity, proportional to balance | Adjusted automatically to your account funds |
| Instruments | Cent: forex and gold. Premium and Pro also list indices, crypto and more | No per-instrument list in the help centre; maximum leverage depends on account type | 300+ selected instruments |
※ The old HFcopy URL on HFM's site redirects to the current Copy Trading page.
Follower minimums and copy trading fees compared
Followers usually look at the required funds and the costs first. The table lists only what the official pages state.
| Item | HFM | Axi | INFINOX |
|---|---|---|---|
| Follower minimum | Cent USD 10 / Premium USD 25 / Pro USD 100 (yen equivalents also listed) | No minimum deposit requirement, but you need enough funds for the trading conditions | No single figure on the official page; check inside IX Social |
| Fee for copying itself | No follower answer found; check the provider profile and terms | None | Not stated in the sources checked |
| Performance fee | Provider earns up to 50%, paid daily or weekly | Up to 50% of profit; deducted weekly from the account | Provider sets up to 50%; per trade, daily or weekly |
※ Rates differ by provider. Axi charges only on profit above the high-water mark (the previous highest balance).
Up to 50% is a ceiling. Check the actual rate and payment timing on the provider's screen before you copy.
Requirements to become a strategy provider
The conditions for letting others copy your trades also differ by broker.
| Item | HFM | Axi | INFINOX |
|---|---|---|---|
| Funds | Minimum deposit: Cent USD 25, Premium and Pro USD 100 | Account balance of at least USD 500 when trading starts | No single figure on the official page |
| Track record | Not stated in the sources checked | 6 months of trading history | Not stated in the sources checked |
| Fee cap | Up to 50% of overall profit | Up to 50% of follower profit | Up to 50% of follower profit |
※ HFM lists 200 to 1,000 maximum followers per provider, unless agreed otherwise with the company.
Axi's help centre (checked 27 September 2026) lists provider requirements, but the app page does not repeat them. Check the sign-up steps in the app under 'provide signals' or with Axi support.
How to stop copying and the risk settings
How you stop when the market turns rough is also a point to compare.
| Item | HFM | Axi | INFINOX |
|---|---|---|---|
| How to stop | Stop copying at any time; unfollowing and withdrawals are up to you | Three choices: keep mirroring open positions only, close all positions, or manage manually. Unlinking disconnects every provider | Not stated in the sources checked; confirm inside IX Social |
| Risk settings | Adjust trade size and set stop losses; stop out is 20% on copy accounts | Maximum drawdown: a soft stop halts new copies, a hard stop halts all copies and closes trades | Trade size is adjusted automatically to account funds |
| Leverage | Up to 1:1000 on copy accounts | Maximum leverage depends on account type | No figure stated |
Trading credit from a limited-time Axi bonus counts toward equity and drawdown in copy trading. With equity- or balance-proportional sizing, trade size can become larger than expected. Axi Select allocation accounts cannot use copy trading.
Which broker to check first, by priority
There is no ranking here. The list below shows which official page to check first for each priority.
- Trying it with a small deposit: HFM's Cent account (followers from USD 10). Axi has no minimum requirement but you still need funds
- Comparing ways to stop: Axi's three choices against HFM's stop at any time
- A set loss limit: Axi's maximum drawdown or HFM's stop loss settings
- App and browser access: INFINOX IX Social (iOS, Android, web browser)
- Knowing the cost up front: all three set rates by provider, so read the profile first
For other brokers on this site, we have not confirmed whether copy trading is offered. Their absence here does not mean they do not offer it.
Risks common to all copy trading
- Past results do not guarantee future results; gain and drawdown figures are also past data
- A provider's losses are copied into your account
- Leveraged trading can lose funds quickly
- Minimums, rates and conditions change; confirm in the client portal and current terms before opening an account
- Decide in advance an amount you can afford to lose
