HFM deposits and withdrawals: fees, processing times, minimums and withdrawal rules

HFM deposits and withdrawals from official pages: fee-free deposits, withdrawal minimums and times, the same-method rule, KYC timing and cancelled withdrawals.

HFM offers seven deposit methods — bank transfer, credit/debit card (JCB, VISA), crypto, EXONE, bitwallet and BINANCE PAY — and none of them carry a fee (official deposit page, checked 26 September 2026). Processing takes either 10 minutes or less, or is instant, depending on the method. Withdrawals are accepted 24/7, but there are rules worth knowing before you request one: a 10am server-time cut-off, and the principle that you withdraw using the same method you deposited with.

This article draws only on HFM's official deposit and withdrawal pages, the Withdrawal Conditions document and the official help centre FAQs to set out the fee, minimum and processing time for each method, when withdrawal requests are processed relative to the 10am server cut-off, the withdrawal rules, the five reasons a withdrawal request can be cancelled, and the order in which verification (KYC) and deposits happen. The client area (myHF) display and official support take priority over anything below for your specific case.

In short: HFM charges no deposit or withdrawal fees; deposits are instant to 10 minutes, withdrawals take from instant to 10 business days depending on the method

  • Deposits: bank transfer, credit/debit card (JCB, VISA), crypto, EXONE, bitwallet and BINANCE PAY — all seven methods are fee-free, processed within 10 minutes or instantly (official deposit page)
  • Withdrawals: accepted 24/7. HFM charges no fee; EXONE, bitwallet and BINANCE PAY are instant, crypto within 24 hours, bank transfer up to 2 business days, and JCB and VISA 2 to 10 business days depending on the bank (fees charged by the sending, intermediary or receiving bank are separate, official withdrawal page)
  • Withdrawals are normally paid out using the same payment method used for the deposit (Withdrawal Conditions, clause 3.2)
  • Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 server time are processed the same business day; requests after 10:00 are processed the next business day (official FAQ)
Trading itself carries risk

HF Markets (SV) Ltd's official site states that trading leveraged products such as forex and derivatives carries a high level of risk to your capital and may not be suitable for all investors (checked 26 September 2026). Before checking deposit and withdrawal terms, it is worth understanding the risk of the underlying trading itself.

HFM deposit methods: all seven are fee-free

HFM's official deposit page (checked 26 September 2026) states that HFM does not charge fees on deposits. The minimum, maximum and processing time vary by method.

VISA, crypto and BINANCE PAY are the fastest (instant); the rest process within 10 minutes. Because withdrawals are normally paid out via the same method you deposit with, it helps to pick your deposit method with the eventual withdrawal method already in mind.

HFM withdrawal methods: processed 24/7, instant to 10 business days depending on the method

HFM's official withdrawal page (checked 26 September 2026) states that withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and that you request one by logging in to myHF and selecting Withdraw.

※ Clients who have deposited at least once via VISA or Mastercard can withdraw directly to the same card. Where Visa Direct or Mastercard MoneySend is supported, you can withdraw more than the original deposit amount (i.e. profits) too. Withdrawals are processed through the same payment provider used for the deposit.

The official FAQ states that you can withdraw any funds above your required margin at any time. JCB and VISA have the widest processing window (2 to 10 business days depending on the bank), bank transfer takes up to 2 business days, and crypto, EXONE, bitwallet and BINANCE PAY are instant to within 24 hours.

How long HFM withdrawals take: the 10am server-time cut-off

The official help centre FAQ explains the processing timing this way: withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 server time are settled the same business day, between 07:00 and 17:00 server time; requests submitted at or after 10:00 server time are processed the next business day, between 07:00 and 17:00 server time.

When a withdrawal request is processed
Timing of the requestWhen it is processed (server time)
Before 10:00 server timeSame business day, 07:00–17:00 server time
At or after 10:00 server timeNext business day, 07:00–17:00 server time
Server time changes with the season

Server time is GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer (Withdrawal Conditions, clause 3.1). Because the gap to Japan time changes by season, check the current server time when converting the 10:00 cut-off to your local time.

HFM withdrawal rules: withdraw using the same method you deposited with

HFM's official Withdrawal Conditions document sets out the rules that apply to withdrawals. The main points are:

  • Withdrawals are always paid using the same payment method used for the deposit (clause 3.2)
  • No refund is possible to an expired card (clause 3.3)
  • If there is a card deposit, withdrawals are processed to that card as a priority (clause 3.4)
  • A VISA/Mastercard deposit made more than six months ago cannot be withdrawn to the same method; the funds are sent via a different method instead (clause 3.5)
  • HFM does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees itself, but fees charged by payment gateways, banks or card issuers are borne by the client (clause 3.6)
  • If the card used for a deposit has expired, been lost, stolen, reissued or cannot be refunded, you must contact the company before requesting a withdrawal and provide an official bank-issued letter (clause 3.7)
Card withdrawals have conditions attached

If you have deposited at least once via VISA or Mastercard, you can withdraw directly to the same card. Where Visa Direct or Mastercard MoneySend is supported, you can also withdraw more than your deposit (profits). Check what is supported in the myHF display.

5 reasons an HFM withdrawal request is cancelled

According to the official Withdrawal Conditions document, a withdrawal request can be cancelled for these five reasons. You can resubmit after a cancellation.

  1. 01
KYC documents not submitted within 7 days

Log in to myHF and upload the required documents.

  2. 02
    Incomplete withdrawal details

The request cannot be processed if the withdrawal details are incomplete. Recheck what you entered.

  3. 03
    Incorrect date of birth

An incorrect date of birth on file is grounds for cancellation.

  4. 04
Wrong withdrawal method selected (clause 3.2)

Selecting a method other than the one used for the deposit breaches the withdrawal rule and is cancelled.

  5. 05
    Unverified Skrill account

If you use Skrill, the withdrawal cannot be processed until the account is verified.

Complete verification (KYC) before you deposit: review takes up to 48 hours

The official help centre FAQ asks individual clients for at least two documents: (1) a Proof of Identity — the photo page of a valid passport (PDF or JPG); without a passport, both sides of a My Number card or driving licence. (2) A Proof of Address — a card statement, a utility bill/receipt or a certificate of residence issued within the past six months, showing name, address and issuer, captured as a full image with all four corners visible. The name on both documents must match exactly. Upload through myHF (the client area) or send to backoffice@hfm.com.

Review within 48 hours, then deposits open up

The official FAQ states that documents are reviewed by the KYC department within 48 hours, and that once the documents are approved and the myHF area is fully verified, deposits to the account become possible. In other words, the fast processing times for deposits (instant to 10 minutes) only apply once verification is complete. It is worth finishing verification straight after opening the account, before you try to deposit.
